DELIVERY TIMES

DELIVERY TIMES DEPEND ON THE ITEMS ORDERED AND ON THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF THE DELIVERY TIME WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER.THE DELAY OF THE DELIVERY IS LESS THAN15 DAYS. GAMME BLANCHE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNFORESEEABLE DELAYS IN DELIVERY.

IF GAMME BLANCHE IS UNABLE TO DELIVER ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED BECAUSE THESE HAVE BECOME SUDDENLY UNAVAILABLE, EVEN TEMPORARILY, IT WILL IMMEDIATELY ADVISE THE CLIENT OF THIS AND IN ANY CASE WITHIN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS AT THE LATEST BY ELECTRONIC MAIL. CANCELLING AN ORDER

CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDERING. IF YOU NOTIFY US FOR A CANCELLATION LATER THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST PROVIDED WE HAVEN’T PROCESSED OR DISPATCHED YOUR ORDER YET. IF WE ACCEPT YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL TO THE EMAIL YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH US.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

WE WANT OUR CLIENT TO BE ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THE JEWELLERY, HE/SHE HAS ORDERED.
